Welcome Homezenists to Lunn Insurance Group

When filling out your application you must select the correct class of business. This classification is for INSURANCE PURPOSES ONLY, it does not authorize you to perform services as a property manager and is solely for insurance classification purposes. To become a Homezenist you will need to select Property Manager as your class of business. It should look the same as the picture above.

The application will ask initial questions to gather your personal information. When asked about the ownership structure make sure to select Individual / Sole Proprietorship. Once you have filled out the application, please ensure that it shows your limits as $1M/$2M.

 Then, press the blue purchase insurance button, and fill out a few more pieces of information. It will also ask about additional insured's for the policy. Make sure to add the following: ''Homezena,LLC

Olathe KS 66062"

 as the additional insured. Put in your payment information, and get your Certificate of Insurance!
