We are here to help you begin on your Homezena journey. To become a Homezenist a General Liability policy is all you need to get started. Please read through the information below before clicking the button underneath to get your insurance policy.

When filling out your application you must select the correct class of business. This classification is for INSURANCE PURPOSES ONLY, it does not authorize you to perform services as a property manager and is solely for insurance classification purposes. To become a Homezenist you will need to select Property Manager as your class of business. It should look the same as the picture above.

The application will ask initial questions to gather your personal information. When asked about the ownership structure make sure to select Individual / Sole Proprietorship. Once you have filled out the application, please ensure that it shows your limits as $1M/$2M.

Then, press the blue purchase insurance button, and fill out your payment information. After you pay for your policy you just have 2 more steps.

After you complete payment for the policy it will allow you to make a custom certificate. You must select the Create Manually option. Then make sure to add the following:

as the additional insured. It should match the photo above.

The last step before you are finished is adding Homezena as a coverage follower. You need to find the coverage tab at the top of the page and select Coverage Followers. Once you select coverage followers hit add follower.
The Contact name needs to say Homezena.
The email address needs to be : homezenist.insurance@homezena.com
